Nebraska Methodist College’s Nursing Assistant Certificate program offers training in a wide range of formats from four-week on-campus program to a six-week online hybrid CNA program. Before starting their careers, CNA’s must pass the state certification exam.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

Launch your nursing career in just one year with Nebraska Methodist College’s LPN program. This flexible, hybrid program combines online learning with hands-on experience, preparing you to pass the NCLEX-PN and start your career in healthcare. With personalized job coaching and the opportunity to advance to a BSN, you’ll be on the fast track to a rewarding nursing career.

When you pursue your Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Nebraska Methodist College, you’re not just obtaining a degree. You’re embracing a legacy.  A community of healthcare mavens who bring together compassionate care, innovative thought, and top-tier practical training. Our nursing curriculum and nursing practice is designed to develop clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills essential for professional nursing practice.

ACCELERATED BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING

Our accelerated BSN program is designed for individuals who have already completed a bachelor’s degree in a non-nursing major. The program provides the opportunity to develop strong clinical skills, which are highly valued by employers and complete training in as little as 12 months.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to BSN

Licensed Pratical Nurses (LPNs) have a unique opportunity to be successful in the transition to becoming a registered nurse. Your previous degree and work experience provide you with the skills needed to excel in the classroom and clinical settings.  Coursework is offered in a hybrid format so that students are on campus just a few days a week.

REGISTERED NURSE (RN)-BSN

Our RN to BSN program focuses on a population health-based curriculum with applicable practice experience, and our admissions process is transfer-credit friendly. The BSN degree offers registered nurses significant benefits for nursing career advancement. The RN to BSN program is offered online to allow nursing theory and practice education without the need for bedside clinical hours. This provides RNs with active licenses the opportunity for career advancement.

MASTER OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (MSN)

Develop the skills and knowledge to advance your nursing career in leadership, education or informatics. All MSN programs are offered online to cater to working nurses, allowing them to balance educational goals with personal and professional responsibilities.  Personalize your degree with your choice of 4 tracks:  Care Coordinator, Nurse Educator, Nurse Executive, or Nursing Informatics.

ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSE (APRN) to DNP

The online APRN to DNP program provides Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Anesthetists and Nurse Midwives the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills in population-based healthcare. In most cases, practitioners earn their Doctor of Nursing degree in about 36 months.

DOCTOR OF NURSING PRACTICE (DNP)

The online doctoral program is for nurses looking to gain the highest degree level available for clinical practice nurses. Within the two available tracks, BSN to DNP or MSN to DNP, there are multiple program options, including Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist.
